کتاب مقتل لہوف جو جناب سید ابن طاؤس رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے تالیف کیا ہے جس کا ترجمہ جناب مظہر حسین حسینی نے کیا ہے اس کتاب میں امام حسین علیہ السلام کی زندگی کا مکمل داستان لکھا ہے اور یہ کتاب تین حصوں پر مشتمل ہے پہلا حصہ جو امام حسین علیہ السلام کی ولادت سے صبح عاشور تک ہے دوسرا حصہ جو واقعات کربلا، شہادت شہدائے کربلا اور خیام اہل حرم کی تاراجی و آتش زدگی تک ہے اور تیسرا حصہ شہادت امام حسین علیہ السلام کے شہادت بعد تک ہے امید کرتا ہوں کہ اپ کو یہ کتاب کے مطالعے کے بعد اپ کے علم میں اضافہ ہوا ہوگا ہمیں اپنے مخصوص دعاؤں میں ضرور یاد رکھیے گا والسلام علیکم ورحمۃ اللہ

In this book, the complete story of the life of Imam Hussain (a.s), is written and this book consists of three parts, the first part which is The second part is from the birth of Imam Hussain (a.s) to the dawn of Ashura, the second part is about the events of Karbala, the martyrdom of the martyrs of Karbala and the burning of the tents of the people of the Haram, and the third part is until the martyrdom of Imam Hussain (a.s).
